Re-Print Day Closure

The reprint day closure menu enables you to retrieve and view data from the day closure reports that were made for particular periods at Accounts->Day Closure.

Note that the day closure reports are normally stored in a folder that you define at System/Configuration/Accounting/Day Closure settings.

How to reprint day closure report

To reprint the day closure report you go to Accounts/Reprint day closure. A screen like the one below shows up:

• First report: From the Number column in the grid above, select the report number from which the day closure reprint should start, e.g., "000002".
• Last report: From the number column in the grid above, select the report number at which the day closure reprint should end, e.g., "000003".
• Closed between: Enter the start date that you want to reprint day closures to begin e.g. "02/02/2018and in the and Date ...Enter the end date that you want to reprint day closures to stop e.g. "03/02/2018" These dates will be reflected in the day closure reports log grids. Before you can print out the reprint day closure report the system will prompt you to clear the log of the selected period. Click NO unless you do not want to refer to it in future.
• Printed between: These fields define the range of the print date for which the reprint should be made. Enter the start date of the range that you want printout of the reprint day closures to begin e.g. "08/07/2020and in the and Date ...Enter the end date of the print out that you want the reprint day closures to stop e.g. "08/07/2020"
• Data entry person: From the drop down box, select a particular data entry person that you want to generate a report for. You will view a report showing the day closures that were made by this person. You can tick the Check for all persons option to view the report for all the data entry personnel.

Select any other required additional options or use the default selections. For additional information on these options you can refer to Accounting Reports Formats.

Click on the OK to generate the reprint of the day closures in respect to the parameters selected above. It will look as follows:

Click on the Close button to exit.
